Suggested Serving Temperatures
Pale Lager, Pilsner: 38-45°F (4.5-7°C)
Strong Lager: 50-55°F (10-13°C)
American Mainstream Lager, Light: 33-40°F (1-4.5°C)
Dark Lager: 45-50°F (4.5-10°C)
Wheat Beers: 40-50°F (4.5-10°C)
American Pale Ale, IPA: 45-50°F (7-10°C)
Real Ale: 50-55°F (10-13°C)
Cream, Blond Ales: 40-45°F (4.5-7°C)
Nitro Stout: 40-45°F (4.5-7°C)
Note: These are temperatures in the glass. Be aware that most of the major draft equipment companies recommend a 38 F (3 C) storage temperature for all beer types (except real ale), as higher temperatures may cause foaming.
